Dr. Eason Lin is currently the Professor at the Graduate Institute of Human Resource and Knowledge Management, National Kaohsiung Normal University, Taiwan. He was a research assistant professor at Division of Infectious Disease, Department of Medicine, University of Pittsburgh (2000 ~ 2001), and a visiting professor at University of Pittsburgh (2013 ~ 2016). His professional expertise is in the area of hospital-acquired infections control, design and marketing of medical devices, and big data application in medicine.
Dr. Lin was awarded as “Extinguished Researcher” (2010 ~2012) by Ministry of Science and Technology, TAIWAN; “Young International Affair Advocate” (2010) by Executive Yuan, TAIWAN; “Research Achievement Award” by National Kaohsiung Normal University. Dr. Lin has served as expert consultant at Taiwan CDC Nosocomial Infections Committee and numerous healthcare organizations; He also participated in evaluation & accreditation for Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF ISO 17025) and Higher Education Evaluation & Accreditation Council of Taiwan.
Dr. Lin has received training in Capital Markets, Corporate Governance, M&A (by Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance), and IFRS Standards, Startup Design, and Big Data in FinTech (by Taipei Stock Exchange). He offers undergrad and graduate courses in “Introduction to Economics”, “Business Ethics”, “Strategic Competition in Knowledge Management”, and “Marketing-oriented Human Resource Management”.
Dr. Lin graduated from National Cheng-Kung University, Taiwan (1990). He received his graduate education from the Swanson School of Engineering, University of Pittsburgh (MS. 1995, PhD. 1999) and MBA degree from Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh (1999).

Evelyn specializes in medical and information technology, and participates in a number of research projects. Evelyn was the project manager for government-funded research project for the development of automated microscopic system and tuberculosis smear detection. She was also involved in projects including the antibiotics information management system, www.antimicrobe.org, in collaboration with the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, the predicting of colonization of Staphylococcus aureus in adult intensive care unit by neural network, using data envelopment analysis for nonprofit religious institutional hospital operations, and research on the efficiency optimization by the use of knowledge management strategies and artificial intelligence for real-time monitoring and trend analysis of nosocomial infections.

Ken Hsu, MBA
Ken is a very knowledgeable professional in biomedical and has 22 years of practical experience. He has served as high level executives in major biotech companies. He is mainly responsible for brand promotion, product marketing strategy and sales planning, marketing and sales team building, trade marketing development, agent management and other cross-industry strategic alliance.
Administrative and HR Specialist
Daphne is responsible for administrative affairs and human resource management at Wellgen. She received her MBA from of Graduate Institute of Human Resource and Knowledge Management at National Kaohsiung Normal University. She has more than 10 years of hands-on experience in administrative management. She was appointed as project manager by the Ministry of Education’s to manage a multi-county counseling research projects hosted by National Kaohsiung Normal University. She also served as a lecturer teaching executive management courses at the Senior Citizen Learning Center in Penhu County.
Director, Technology Development
After completion of his master degree in Information Engineering, Steven focuses on machine learning in recognition of medical images. In recent years, he works on the development of imaging software and automated microscope system integration. He is now responsible for software development in image processing and recognition algorithm integration.
Carl received his BS in Mechanical Engineering. He was a device engineer at KYEC and an assistant engineer at OKI Machinery Co., Ltd. during his co-op. He specializes in mechanical design and auxiliary drafting. He is mainly responsible for the integration of mechanical components, system integration, and data analysis
Joe received his BS in Information Engineering. He has worked for 藏識 as GIS engineer. He is in charge of system development and imaging processing. He is responsible for microscope control software, data and documentation management.
Alex Lam, MBA
Alex received BS degree from Department of Information and Learning Technology. He served as web development engineer at Prospective Digital TechnologyCo., Ltd in college co-op. He is very knowledgeable in software development by Python.
Elaine is mainly responsible for clinical trials in hospitals. She is a certified medical technologist and has 13 years of experience in clinical practice and laboratory management at a medical center. She has extensive experience in clinical testing and the best spokesperson of Wellgen.
Cindy received BS degree from Laboratory Medicine and Biotechnology and has six years of experience in clinical laboratory in medical centers and regional hospitals. She is a certified medical technologist and specializes in all operation of laboratory diagnosis and testing. She also participated in hospital assessments and ISO 15189 for laboratory certifications.
